Philosophy
I strive to build a strong skill foundation based on a dedication to max reps through varied drills that also help teach the game to our youth athletes. Through this process, players will be able to develop the confidence and proficiency needed to progress to advanced strategy. I also believe that every athlete is different and I strive to utilize the best coaching instruction and methods for each individual. One of my favorite quotes is: ”Sport participation at high levels is not forever. Providing an avenue for young adults to become great people is the only way I know how to change the world for the better.” Volleyball is more than just a sport – it can build lifelong friendships and teach invaluable lessons of leadership, perseverance and hard work that help players grow on and off the court. I take these goals to heart in the development of players.
