Next Steps after committing to Frisco Flyers
The below information is for players that are offered a position on a Frisco Flyers club team in the month of May,
June or July during the NTR’s “Evaluation Period”.
There are a few things we need everyone to do prior to the official Acceptance (Signing) Day. The North Texas
Region (NTR) of USA Volleyball is the governing body of Club Volleyball for the Dallas area. The NTR is using the
Online Commitment System (OCS) to help communicate and track offers and acceptance for club teams. This
system is important to help enforce the recruiting policies that help protect for the families and clubs.

Also, please check your parent dashboard (documents tab) periodically before signing day to view/sign your Player
Medical Waiver, Club Contract and Deposit (team dues tab) so you can go straight to the fitting line, shop for great
spirit wear, attend the parent meeting and have fun at the Photo Booth with your teammates and friends.

Prior to Acceptance Day:
I have been offered a spot on a Frisco Flyers team, what is next?

Communicate Quickly and Clearly to your Coach or Frisco Flyers Director that you have accepted
the offer.

If you did NOT play in North Texas region of USA Volleyball last year, then you will need to add
your daughter to the OCS database |

If you played on a NTR club team last year, then your name is already in the
database… you do NOT want to create a duplicate record of your daughter

Frisco Flyers Director will let you know if your daughter is not in the OCS prior to
Acceptance Day.
On Acceptance Day: Tuesday, July 7th

Between 2am & 6am, you will receive an Offer from the OCS from “No Reply”

The title of the email for example will be “Offer from NTR Club”

Click the Link in the email

Accept the Offer

Sign the Frisco Flyers Club Contract (located on your parents’ dashboard under documents tab).
You can sign the agreement from a phone or computer (no printing needed).

Make the initial installment.
Signing day, uniform fitting and spirit wear sale: Tuesday, July 7th
Please show up to Frisco Flyers Center on Tuesday, July 7th, at your teams age group listed below to complete all
the necessary club requirements, uniform fittings and spirit wear sale.
- 10u-14u @6:00PM
- 15u-18u @7:00PM
