Biography
I am an 11U Nationals coach at Frisco Flyers with over six years of experience coaching both recreational and competitive volleyball. After taking a two-year break to support my daughters' volleyball journey at Frisco Flyers, I realized how much I missed coaching and decided to return. My goal is to equip the girls on my team with fundamental skills, strategic understanding, and a growth mindset. I emphasize the importance of positive self-talk and visualization, aiming to build confidence and a positive mindset in my players. Ensuring that the girls have fun and enjoy the game while competing at a high level is crucial to me. I also prioritize team chemistry and the relationships the players build with each other, believing that sports offer invaluable life lessons both on and off the court. I am excited to be back and look forward to another great season at Flyers!
