Biography
Rich grew up on Maui, where he was introduced to volleyball in middle school and quickly developed a lifelong passion for the sport. After serving in the U.S. Army, he and his family settled in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. For the past 17 years, Rich has coached athletes at every level—from youth recreational leagues to high school varsity programs. The 2025–2026 season will mark his sixth year with the Flyers, where he remains committed to developing athletes, fostering teamwork, and promoting a culture of competitive excellence.
Rich is married and have two daughters.
