Biography
Charles’ love for sports is the driving force that has kept him both coaching and playing volleyball consistently over the past 19 years.

Charles attended The University of Texas in Arlington, 1998-2001, where he played on the Men’s Volleyball Team. During his college years, he worked out with Bowie High Schools Varsity Team, Assistant coached a 16’s Texas Advantage Volleyball (TAV) team & an 18’s TAV team. As his love for volleyball grew, so did his desire to coach more. In 2000, He began a head coach position for South Metro Speed (SMS) club, working with 15’s.

In 2009, he became invested in 900 both as an Assistant Coach and a Coed Adult team player.

Charles played on the 900 Coed team for Adult Nationals in 2009 & 2010, placing 3rd both years & in 2011 & 2012, the Coed team received 2nd place.

When I am not coaching volleyball, he works in Human Resources at the Amynta Group, teaches master hip hop and breakdance classes across the D/FW Metroplex, and spends time with his wife and children.
