Biography

I have been involved in volleyball since I was in high school. I coached my daughter in rec and select leagues and started assisting when she started participating in club volleyball. I started with the Flyers 7 years ago. I have been a Special Education Teacher in Allen for 30 years. I am the head of delegation for the Allen Special Olympics Program and a player/coach for a very competitive Unified Volleyball team. I love coaching volleyball. I love watching the players develop over the season. There is something very satisfying to experience the athlete's "firsts" with them. The first serve over, the first attack, the first pass to target.
