Biography
The core of my coaching style is to make sure my athlete's love for the game increases over the season. One of my goals is to improve my athlete's skills and knowledge of the game. Not every athlete learns the same. It is important to me to find out how each player learns so I communicate more effectively with them. I believe that positivity, respect, and transparency create well-rounded athletes. With that said, I try my best to be as positive and enthusiastic on and off the court.

I am originally from Chicago where I was a four-year varsity starting OH/OPP hitter at Plainfield South High School. I played at 1st Alliance, a perennial power-house club in the Chicago metro area. I attended and played at Butler Community College in Kansas, then transferred to KU. Sadly, I suffered an injury that sidelined me from the sport.

After transferring to the University of Kansas I was fortunate enough to be part of the staff for the women’s team until graduation in the spring of 2019. Throughout college, I coached youth volleyball both in a team and camp setting. In June 2019 I moved to NC and joined Triangle Volleyball Club where I spent two years coaching the 16U Boys team who made it to BJNC in Kansas City this year.
