Philosophy
I believe in training technique and having a good foundation to the game. I want to share with athletes the passion that I have for the game and the love of competing. I am very competitive and love to win but even more I like to see the athletes grow not only in their volleyball skills but as individuals and as teammates. I want players to know what success feels like but also be able to learn from defeat and know that if they gave 100% that they have still won. I want to help push athletes to accomplish beyond what they thought was possible. To achieve and be the person they were meant to be.
