Biography
This is coach John's 3rd season at Flyers. As a coach, John believes in challenging
players to be the best athletes they can be, while also keeping a fun atmosphere in the gym.
John's coaching philosophy is setting high but attainable goals for the players and believing in them to achieve:
"Practice like you play, play like you practice"
"One's toughest opponent is overcoming limits set within oneself"
"Get 1% better every time you set your feet on the court"
