What is Speed League?
Introducing The Speed League, where Club athletes competing at the Liberty, USA, and Open level can hone their skills, elevate their game, and prepare for the exciting challenges of Middle School and High School tryouts and onward. This league is specifically designed to provide a dynamic and competitive environment that will enhance players' abilities and ensure they are well prepared for the next level of competition.
Playing time
Our league focuses on teaching players how to gain more playing time, applying the core aspects of the game including teamwork, communication, technique, and strategic play.
Through variations of games, participants will have the opportunity to develop a strong volleyball foundation while refining their individual skill sets.
We aim to create an atmosphere of growth and improvement, encouraging players to push their limits and explore their potential. By participating in our Speed League, athletes will not only cultivate their physical and technical abilities, but also foster important social and personal skills. Teamwork, resilience, and sportsmanship are emphasized, promoting a positive and supportive environment where players can thrive.

Criteria
Each athlete will be assessed based on...USA Volleyball Divisions. Read the descriptions and tiers below to help you identify your athlete.
Tier 1 - Open: Elite
Tier 2 - National
Tier 3 - USA
Tier 4- Liberty
Tier 5 - American
Tier 6 - Freedom
Tier 7 - Club
Tier 8 - Competitive
Tier 9 - Recreation
Overall game play: The players knowledge and performance during games. Does your athlete understand the concept of the game, and can they perform them during game play.
Experience & Divisions:
Competitive/Regional
- Players with 2-3 years of competitive and going into a Regional/Metro club level. Players who are just being introduced into committing to a longer season in club
Club (Liberty, USA, Open level)
- Players currently or have competed in these levels with a club organization.
- Averaging 6-10 tournaments over a course of 7-8 months or practices and tournaments
These levels will not be mixed and are non-negotiable. For the Club level, you must be competing in these divisions listed above
Depending on the level games will modified for developmental purposes to gain the most reps out of every game night.
The evaluation is crucial for players so we can progress them properly.
Team placement protocol
Based on the assessment players will be given a Number specific to their division which will be used for each week. This will determine what team they will be competing with and is subject to change weekly.

- 6 games + 2 tournaments
- More playing time, game like reps, and fun
