5. What is the club/coach philosophy??
There are 5 key ingredients to a successful club volleyball organization. They are coaching, competition, facility, infrastructure, and customer service. The Frisco Flyers Volleyball Club has a simple strategy this season and every season that states, "Each year the Frisco Flyers Volleyball Club will provide more value to the families (parents & players) than the year before." Driven by these 5 key ingredients this is where we plan to add value to our families.

6. How many players are on each team and what is the club/coach philosophy regarding playing time?
We carry typically a maximum of 10-11 players per team. We feel that when you get over 10-11 players that it is a negative result in regards to development of the players and our goal is for each player to develop and play. We work hard during pre-tryouts and tryouts to identify the best fit for the teams. It is important to have a balanced offense and defense on each team.

  4. Club Priorities?  Does the club put the growth of the player first?
    - There are many intangibles that are taught through playing sports.  The coaches that we employ have played high-level sports and know how to communicate the game.  We also know that you must teach trust in each other, strategy, the ability to fight back and not quit, etc. Sports give us so much more than just a WIN.  It is important the a club never forgets the development of the player and the TEAM!
